How do I place an order?+
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and tap “Order on WhatsApp”. Your order summary is sent to us automatically — we'll confirm availability, delivery, and payment over chat. No account needed.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver across Pakistan, including Faisalabad, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and Hyderabad. Delivery is free on every order.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes — order before 4 PM for same-day delivery within Faisalabad. Other cities typically take 1–3 days depending on the location and product.
Can I see my gift before it's delivered?+
Absolutely. We send you a photo of your styled gift for approval before it goes out for delivery, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay?+
We'll share payment options when we confirm your order on WhatsApp, including bank transfer, easypaisa/JazzCash, and cash on delivery in selected cities.
Can I personalize my gift?+
Yes! Mugs, cushions, photo frames, and cards can all be personalized. Just share your photo or message when you order and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?+
We do. Our Executive Corporate Set and gift baskets can be branded and delivered in bulk. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll build a package for your business.
What is your returns policy?+
Because our gifts are perishable and personalized, we handle issues case by case. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
