Our promise

Because our gifts are often perishable and personalized, we can't accept standard returns. Instead, we work with you directly to make things right whenever something isn't perfect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your gift arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Personalized items

Personalized products (mugs, cushions, frames, and custom messages) cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect, as they're made specifically for you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or amended before they enter production or dispatch. Once a perishable or personalized item is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Message us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
